Therapeutic Massage Cupping

Cupping is a simple and effective therapeutic technique which can be used alone or in combination with massage or with out. cupping has been used at different times in most parts of the world.

Cupping is the application of a vacuum to the skin surface for a therapeutic effect. By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping is used to soften tight muscles, loosen adhesion, and separate layers of connective tissue to bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues.

Suction pulls toxins, pathogenic factors and cellular debris from deep within tissues to the surface, where they are reabsorbed and flushed out via the lymphatic system.

Cupping releases"stuck" tissues and allows for more flexibility. Using negatived pressure, cupping can sometimes feel less discomforting than a deep tissue massage. It is useful for people who have a lot of chronic muscle tension that need to be relieved.

What to expect after a cupping session:

~Increase blood flow to stagnant tissue.

~Increased lymph flow, which helps cleanse the body of wastes and toxins.

~Greater range of motion in joints and muscles.

~An overall sense of wellbeing and relaxation.

~$50.00 a session with just cupping.

~$20.00 as an add on with massage.
